Caring for movement from the very beginning

Pediatric Physiotherapy

Hi, I’m Sara

I am a Physiotherapist with a Postgraduate Degree in Pediatric Osteopathy. I continuously invest in further training and specialise in Pediatric Respiratory Physiotherapy, Temporomandibular Disorders (TMJ) and Clinical Pilates (Matwork Levels 1 and 2).

I regularly attend advanced training and mentoring in the pediatric field, allowing me to deepen my knowledge and provide the best care for each child and family.

My practice is entirely dedicated to pediatrics, supporting newborns, babies, children and adolescents throughout different stages of their development.

I strongly believe that teamwork is essential to achieve the best results — which is why I work closely with families, actively involving them throughout the process.

I am passionate about helping babies, children and adolescents overcome developmental challenges, always adapting each intervention to their unique needs and goals, with empathy, patience and joy.

What families say

“We did two sessions with Sara during our stay in Portugal. I loved the holistic approach and the calm and care Sara puts in every session. My baby felt immediately at ease with her. Sara gave us very good advice about exercises to improve mobility and must-have toys/items for our baby’s development.”

“I love Sara’s calm demeanor and the holistic approach she takes to my daughter’s development. We don’t just talk about exercises; we discuss sleep, development, daily activities, and small strategies that really make a difference. Clara is always very relaxed during the sessions and responds really well to the exercises, often while sitting on my lap. I highly recommend her.”

— Sara C.

“Sara visited our 7 day old newborn and was super thorough in assessing his movement and providing tips for how we can continue supporting his body’s movement at home. We saw an instant change in the strength of his legs and he was very relaxed the rest of the day. Sara is a warm, knowledgeable and kind person who we loved learning from.”
